1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing the Velvet Legacy Vault website (www.velvetlegacyvault.com), scheduling notary services, completing application forms, or opting in to receive SMS text communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any provision, please discontinue use of our services.
2. Services Provided
Velvet Legacy Vault offers professional estate support, mobile notarization, in-person notary services, and remote online notarization (RON) to individuals, families, and business entities in compliance with applicable state laws and federal regulations.
By providing your mobile phone number and checking the consent box on our contact, booking, or application forms, you agree to the following A2P 10DLC compliant messaging terms:
- You expressly consent to receive SMS text messages from Velvet Legacy Vault at the phone number you provided.
- Message frequency will vary depending on your service, appointment, or application interactions. We do not send recurring automated marketing messages.
- Standard message and data rates may apply based on your mobile carrier plan.
- To opt-out at any time, reply STOP or UNSUBSCRIBE to any received message. You will be removed from all SMS communications.
- For help or support, reply HELP to any message or contact us directly at 623-224-8422.
- We will never sell, rent, or share your mobile number with third parties for marketing or promotional purposes.
4. Notary Service Agreement
Notary services are performed by commissioned Florida notaries. The signer is responsible for providing valid government-issued photo identification, appearing in person (or via verified audio-video for RON), and signing documents voluntarily. We reserve the right to refuse notarization services in cases of suspected fraud, duress, or incomplete identification.
5. Limitation of Liability
Velvet Legacy Vault is not a law firm and does not provide legal advice. Our services include notarial acts and estate planning support resources only. We are not liable for the legal sufficiency of documents or outcomes related to notarized documents.
6. Cancellations & Rescheduling
Appointments may be rescheduled or cancelled by contacting us at least 24 hours in advance via email (vlv@velvetlegacyvault.com) or phone (623-224-8422). Mobile notary travel fees may apply for last-minute cancellations.
